In accordance with Federal Health Codes, all intimate apparel, novelties, adult toys, and marital aids are not returnable. The only exceptions are fulfillment mistakes and manufacturer's defects in which case a replacement will be issued. If a replacement is not available, store credit may be issued instead. All issues must be reported within 7 days of the receipt of the item.

As an authorized reseller we have worked out an arrangement with some of the designers/manufacturers to also accept exchanges of non-defective items. The returned items must have all the tags attached and pass manufacturer's verification process. The approval of the return/exchange is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. The restocking fees vary and are shown in the table below.

In case of a return and if allowed by the manufacturer, the above restocking fee will be subtracted from the order total and the balance will be issued as store credit. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the warehouse and is advised to use a trackable shipping method. All returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the original package delivery.
