Shipping & Returns

Most orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and will be shipped out within 3 to 5 days excluding weekends and holidays, and depending on the brand of the items ordered. In certain cases, especially during busy seasons, some products may require additional processing time. Please refer to the product page for additional information or send us a request for an estimate.On average, all domestic orders shipped via Ground or Priority Mail packages will arrive within 7 business days after it ships, depending on your location and location of the warehouse where the items shipped out. Let us know upon checkout of any special delivery date and instructions so that we can notify you if there are problems that may arise.

For international shipment, we usually ship via United States Postal Services which will arrive at approximately 12 business days after it shipped. However, please be aware that using postal services does not guarantee on-time delivery since we cannot maintain control of the package after it leaves our borders. Depending on the customs efficiency, there are instances when packages delivery is delayed. Should you prefer a faster delivery service, contact us. We have UPSPS Priority Mail Express delivery option for an additional fee.

Please be aware that you are responsible to ensure that the products you ordered from us can be lawfully imported based on your country’s laws and regulations. Any additional customs duties and taxes must be paid by you since we do not collect duties and taxes as we cannot predict what your customs charges will be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Due to health regulations provided in Federal Health Codes, items including but not limited to briefs, thongs, panties, bras, novelties, swimwear, adult toys, marital aids and other intimate apparel are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturer's defects and fulfillment mistakes. In such cases, a replacement will be issued provided that Intimit Boutique is informed of the defect/mistake within 5 days from receipt of the item. The products must be unworn and all labels and tags must remain intact and attached to the item in order to be eligible for returns or exchanges. In instances when a replacement is not available, the order will be refunded fully. 

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us with a note that includes your order number, name and preference whether return or exchange. Please be advised to use a shipping method with a tracking facility and insurance. We are not responsible if the item get lost or damaged.
